GAME SAFE FALLING™ is a targeted, ground impact skills training program that turns hard falls into a mere whisper of what they once were.
Trained and prepared, athletes simply walk away from the fastest and hardest falls in their sport - without pain or injury, and all within one second from the start of the fall.

Target 2 – Explosive Power Training: Full Body Respiration |
Many athletes know that the best way to have sudden acceleration or to throw their power is to do so when they are breathing out. The strong exhalation lets their whole body move as one unit, one thought if you will. When you hear athletes make strong grunts, that is usually what they are doing - they are vocalizing the coordination of their exhalation with their explosion of power. Full Body Respiration™ is a training exercise about that moment. It is designed to increase an athlete's ability to explode with power. FBR training is a 3 to 5 minute intense breathing practice. You take strong in-breaths coordinated with one movement of the whole body, and strong out-breaths coordinated with a reverse movement of the whole body. This is exactly how we breath now, it's just on a smaller scale. When you breath normally, your whole chest moves up/out when you inhale, and down/in when you exhale. FBR extends this natural pattern of coordinated movement from beyond the chest to the whole body. |
|
FBR works in conjunction with aerobic training: Aerobic training improves the flow of oxygen to the muscles; and Full Body Respiration (FBR) improves the coordination of the use of that oxygen. |

Game Fall has its roots in the martial arts, where this type of coordinated breathing is central to developing explosive power. Most of us have seen or heard of martial artists who are light, small, thin, and yet able to perform seemingly super human feats. They are not only able to defeat much larger attackers, they are able to defeat a large number of simultaneous attackers. Coordinated breath training is a key to this ability.
